JOB DETAILS :
This company is a Technology company that is known for its gadgets and other electronic devices. A leading brand in China and one of the Top smartphone brands in the world, expanded here in the Philippines and is looking for a Mandarin Speaker to provide assistance to their Chinese customers here in the country.

Position: Mandarin HR Recruitment Manager
Type of job: Back office Job
Location: Taguig City
Industry: Technology Company
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 (Negotiable)

Requirements:
☑️Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Behavioral Science
☑️Must have at least 2 years extensive experience in the related field
☑️In-depth understanding of principles and processes in Human Resources Field (Recruitment and Employee Relations)
☑️Knowledgeable in using job portals and manage manpower providers for recruitment and selection of key positions; with strong interpersonal skills and wide array of connections
☑️Adequate knowledge with Philippine Labor Laws with its implementing rules and regulations.
☑️Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
☑️Willing to do fieldwork when the need arises.

Duties:
☑️Oversees the end to end recruitment flow for HQ employees. (sourcing, posting, initial interview, coordination with hiring managers, offboarding, resignation and quitclaim)
☑️Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
☑️Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options..
☑️Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
☑️Conducting interviews with Filipino-Chinese job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.
☑️Prepares and update monthly recruitment and onboarding report for Head Office.
☑️Prepares and ensures that payment for headhunters and recruitment portals are accurate and paid in a timely manner
☑️Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
☑️Organizes and assists the HR Team in the implementation of company initiated activities
☑️Prepare ad hoc tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
