Position: Mandarin HR Training Manager
Type of job: Back office Job
Location: Taguig City
Industry: Technology Company
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 (Negotiable)

Requirements:
☑️Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Behavioral Science
☑️Must have at least 2 years extensive experience in the related field
☑️Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
☑️Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
☑️Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
☑️Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
☑️Remarkable negotiation and conflict management skills.

Duties:
☑️Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
☑️Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
☑️Deploy a wide variety of training methods and conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
☑️Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and report on them.
