This company is a Technology company that is known for its gadgets and other electronic devices. A leading brand in China and one of the Top smartphone brands in the world, expanded here in the Philippines and is looking for a Mandarin Speaker to provide assistance to their Chinese customers here in the country.
Position: Mandarin Regional Account Manager

Requirements:
☑️Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Administration or relevant field
☑️Fluent in English, Tagalog, and Mandarin
☑️Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel,PowerPoint Presentation)
☑️Strong quantitative and analytical skills
☑️Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
☑️Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
☑️Willing to relocate and do field work
Duties:
☑️Recommends measures or programs to improve operations and increase sales volume.
☑️Locates and identifies potential areas of growth: Acquisition & activation of new sites.
☑️Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
☑️Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
☑️Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
☑️Leads a strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
☑️Computes monthly rebates.
☑️Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
☑️Ad hoc tasks given by Immediate Superior.
