Position: Korean Human Resource Specialist
Industry: Shared Services - Manufacturing
Salary: Php 100,000 monthly
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off
Location: Makati City
Work set-up: Hybrid work set-up
Requirements:
📌Fluency in speaking, reading and writing Korean language
📌Experience in Human Resource
📌Good English communication skills
📌Can start as soon as possible
📌Open for Fresh Graduate and with related work experience
Responsibilities:
📌Responsible in assisting the customer in their inquiries
📌Maintain the data and audit accuracy of compensation
📌Prepare and identify the benefits, awards, variable pay
📌Primarily responsible in employee retention, on boarding and training
