Position: Mandarin HR Admin Coordinator
Type of job: Back office Job
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, 9 AM to 6 PM
Industry: Shared Services
Salary: Php 50, 000 - Php 60,000
Work set-up: Work On-Site
Requirements:
✨ Bachelor's Degree in any course.
✨ Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Filipino.
✨ At least 6 months experience in any corporate setting; HR background is an advantage
Responsibilities:
✨ Assists the HR Manager and HR Team to ensure all locations are fully staffed with the required number of employees.
✨ Act as the bridge for Chinese employees to the HR Department regarding inquiries or concerns.
✨ Redirecting HR-related calls or distributing correspondence to the appropriate person on the team
✨ Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
✨ Support other functions as assigned
