Position: Korean Email And Chat Support

Requirements:
📌Korean National proficient in English preferably permanent visa in the Philippines
📌Vocational/short course diploma holder of any field.
📌With customer service background is required
📌Has knowledge in social media platforms
Responsibilities:
📌Answer inquiries from Koreans customers service request in social media platforms
📌Manage the social networking sites including facebook, twitter and other similar platforms
📌Handle customer concerns, questions and inquiries using these social media platforms
📌Attend the customer’s request in a timely manner.
