Position: Spanish Technical Support Specialist

Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
❍ Open for both Local and Foreign National
❍ Fluent in both Spanish and English
❍ Able to support Mexican Country is a big advantage
❍ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
❍ Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City
Responsibilities:
❍ Responsible for answering and resolving product technical-support questions received from customers
❍ Guiding the users and support them in becoming more productive using the products
❍ Support in the development of programs to train the customer on how to properly use the products
❍ Escalate developer concerns to the next level
