Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors Degree in Real State Management or any related field.
✨At least 5 years experience in real state.
✨Experience working in a BPO Company is an advantage.
✨Amendable to work in a shifting schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
✨Examine leases to ensure that the terms of the lease are being followed.
✨Assist with reporting requirements relating to leases and other real estate matters.
✨Real estate, legal, and financial documentation should be prepared, reviewed, and verified for accuracy.
✨Cooperate closely with outside providers and real estate advisors
