✨Bachelors degree in Human Resource ✨Management and Business Management.
✨At least 4 years experience as HR Senior ✨Analyst/HR Business Partner.
✨Amendable to work in a BPO company.
✨Amendable to work in a Shifting Schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
✨Develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services
✨Provide advisor support to executives.
✨Manage employee orientation, integration,engagement activities and compensation process.
✨Handle employee concerns and queries by promoting HR contact center.
