📌Proficient in English language
📌Must have at least 1 year Customer Service or Betting work experience

Responsibilities:
📌Responsible in addressing and handling inquiries of Korean customers through phone calls, emails and messages
📌Maintain strong and lasting customer relationship
📌Prepare required reports for the issues submitted by customers
