Position: Japanese Admin Executive
Industry: Construction Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 80,000～P 120,000（Negotiable）
Schedule：Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm
Day off: Sat, Sun and Holiday (Follow Japanese Calendar)

Requirements:

✔ Open for Japanese National in the Philippines or Abroad
✔ Open for average English, Toeic certificate is advantage
✔ Preferably with experience in Admin but not required
✔ Experience working in the Philippines and work with Filipino
✔ Willing to work Onsite and work in Makati
✔ Familiar using Microsoft word, power point and excel


Responsibilities:

✔ Responsible for all administrative work such as coordinating with HR, Accountants, Lawyer, General affairs and other admin jobs.
✔ Attending meetings with lawyers and accountants.
Interpreting meetings and explain to Japanese Boss
✔ Translating documents from English to Japanese or Japanese to English
✔ Responsible in managing Filipino staff/local staff
✔ Directly reporting to the Japanese Manager or CEO.
