JOB DETAILS :
Client Info:
A Japanese start-up company that sells Made in Japan products in the Philippine market.
Position: Japanese System Engineer
Industry: Live Selling
Location: Cagayan de Oro/Makati City
Salary: Negotiable
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday – Friday at 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Training trip to Cagayan de Oro City where the head office is located for about 1-2 weeks in February 2023 (Hotel or company housing available)
From mid-February to March 2023, you will live in an office/residence near Manila/Makati City (Or house allowance can be negotiable).
Requirements:
•Hard working and honest
•Flexible communication Skills
•With at least 3 years experience in Web Engineering
Responsibilities:
•Development and internal operation of systems
•Train Filipino operators on how to use the internal system
•Troubleshooting
•Build and improve operation system of team
•Development of internal system using Airtable
•Development of Facebook Messenger bot
Recruitment Process: (All interviews are via Skype)
•Resume Screening
•Personality test and basic ability exam
•HR Interview (Japanese Language)
•Final Interview (Japanese Language)
