Position: HR Supervisor
Industry: Health and Wellness Company
Location: Pasay City
Schedule: Dayshift | Mondays - Saturdays
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 35,000
Work Set-up: Work on Site

Requirements:
🎇Bachelors Degree holder
🎇At least 2 years of HR Supervisor role
🎇Amenable to work on site
🎇Amenable to attend face to face interview
🎇Amenable to work 6 days in a week

Responsibilities:
🎇Sending out memos or notifications to the workforce for any HR guidelines.
🎇Find, choose, hire, and onboard talent
🎇Create job descriptions, classifications, employment agreements, and salary levels
🎇Arrange for the employees' training and coaching sessions.
🎇Offers performance reviews
🎇Handle employee disputes and perform investigations, and responsible for providing the employees with the Notice to Explain and Warnings
🎇Carry out an inquiry and necessary disciplinary preparations.
🎇Coordinate employee concerns
🎇 File and handle incident reports
🎇Process requests for Certificates of Employment and prepare Philhealth Certifications
in SSS/Pagibig Loan Applications, and Save 201 employee resumes for future use.
🎇Other duties and responsibilities may assign from time to time.
