Position: HR Manager

Location: Clark, Pampanga Province
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00AM to 6:00PM)
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Work On Site

Requirements:
🎇Bachelor's Degree holder
🎇Amenable to work onsite.
🎇4-5 years of experience in HR Management role

Responsibilities:
🎇Create and implement HR policies and processes.
🎇Oversee the hiring and selection process.
🎇Perform the onboarding of new employees.
🎇Create and execute procedures for managing employee performance.
🎇Oversee the program for compensation and benefits.
🎇Offer direction and coaching to staff members and supervisors.
🎇Create and implement training and development to staff expertise.
🎇Handle concerns involving employee relations.
🎇Verify that all rules and legislation relating to employment are followed.
🎇Ensure that personnel records and HR-related documentation are correct and up to date.
