Schedule: Dayshift | Mondays - Saturdays
Salary: Php 15,000 - Php 18,000
Work Set-up: Work on Site

Requirements:
🎇Bachelors Degree holder
🎇Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
🎇Amenable to work on site
🎇Amenable to attend face to face interview
🎇Amenable to work 6 days in a week

Responsibilities:
🎇Offers HR & administrative help.
🎇Greets guests and clients and directs them.
🎇Keeps up designated filing systems.
🎇Supervision of employee move-in and out procedures and utility payments.
🎇Mealtime oversight for employees (Track and Order)
🎇Assess the level and ordering of supplies
🎇Serve as a liaison between the service providers and suppliers.
🎇Help in overseeing the administrative requirements
🎇Draft announcements and memoranda
🎇Responds to and settles concerns and queries from the administration.
🎇Help with petty cash usage and maintaining/recording expenses.
