Requirements:
🔵 Preferably Malaysian or Indonesian nationality
🔵 Preferably has Bachelor's Degree but open to at least 2 years in College
🔵 Can speak, read and write the Mandarin language
🔵 With good communication skills
🔵 Preferably with a Customer Service background

Responsibilities:
🔵 Answering customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
🔵 Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
🔵 Responding to customers’ complaints, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customer
