Position: Mandarin Technical Representative
Type of job: Emails and Calls Job
Location: Pasay City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Industry: Online Gaming
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 140,000
Work Set-up: Work On-site
Responsibilities:
✅Responsible for handling the repetitive support work of the department, such as domain name detection, domestic testing data collection, domain name synchronization, U-Key storage and so on.
✅Learn about the identification of the relevant domain name backend, domain name type, port, and line manufacturer, and be able to extract the correct domain name for online use.
✅Regularly monitor the early warning group and abnormal traffic, and report the early warning alarm when there is an abnormal situation.
Requirements
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
✅Bachelor's graduate of any courses and Undergraduate.
✅Have experience as a Technical Representative or Service Desk.
✅Have experience in the multinational BPO / Call Center industry.
