Work Schedule: French Time Zone
Work Set-up: Work From Home 3 days and Work Onsite 2 days
Type of Job: Back office in Human Resource

◉ Open for foreign national who speaks French with permanent residence visa
◉ Can speak English fluently
◉ Graduate of any courses
◉ Must have work experience from 2 years above (any work experience)
◉ Open to candidates who are not HR or HR helpdesk
◉ Having any work experience is an advantage
◉ Must be able to work in Ortigas Site
◉ No Age limit or gender preferences

◉ Answer emails and concerns from French Speaking employees about HR concerns
◉ Update French employee’s corporate profile like civil status or change of name
◉ Handle performance evaluation, loyalty awards and annual feedback and appraisal
◉ Provide details to French employees about their health card coverage and dependents
◉ Support and Assist French employees located around the world
◉ Answer new hire’s inquiries about pre-employment requirements and submission
◉ Guide the employees with their department transfer and promotion
