Position: Japanese CSR (Search Engine Advertisement)

Salary: Php 120,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
✅Open to Native Japanese
✅Good English communication skills
✅Open to College graduates, undergraduates or high school graduates
✅With or without experience
✅With experience in BPO is big advantage
✅With SEO Experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
✅Provide excellent customer service to client by providing solutions across search, display, and social media, optimised for the SMB enterprises
✅Help clients to reach their competitor’s goals using the latest advertising products and solutions.
✅Research and analyse keyword and SEO techniques and work with account managers to ensure momentum strategy is highly competitive
✅Documents all requests accurately, ensuring the quality of work.
✅Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with customer account information
