Position: Japanese Operations Team Lead

Schedule: Shifting/Dayshift
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
✅Open to Native Japanese
✅Open to Half-Japanese and Half-Filipino with Native Level proficiency
✅Must be able to speak fluently and write both in Japanese and English language.
✅Graduates or Undergraduate of any course
✅Must have at least 1-2 years experience as a Team Manager/Team lead role in a fast-paced BPO setting.
✅Excellent customer service skills and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
✅Drive the team productivity along with Team lead / SMEs.
✅Ensure all the tasks are handled on time by the team and support the team wherever required.
✅Adhering to the customer policies and process
✅Handles escalated calls.
