Position: Japanese Customer Associate
Industry: Online Entertainment Company
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Php 80,000 - 100,000 gross (Negotiable)
Work Set-up: ONSITE
Requirements:
👉 Half Japanese-Half Filipino
👉 At Least studied High School in Japan
👉 Good English communication skills
👉 Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
👉 Customer Service or BPO related working experience is an advantage
👉 Fresh graduates or no related working experience are also welcome to apply
👉 Willing to be trained and work in Makati City
Responsibilities:
👉 Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Live Chat/ Email / Phone
👉 Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources for win-win resolutions
