Position: It System Administrator
Industry: IT & BPO Company
Location: Cebu City
Schedule: Full Time / Regular
Salary: Php 40,000 to Php 120,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-Up
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
👉Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
👉Proven experience as a Windows Server Administrator
👉Knowledge of Windows server operating systems
👉Strong understanding of networking protocols, virtualization technologies
👉Relevant certifications such as MCSA: Windows Server, MCSE: Core Infrastructure, or equivalent, is a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉Plan, install, configure, and maintain Windows server environments, including hardware, software, and network components.
👉Monitor server performance and proactively address issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
👉Implement security measures to safeguard server systems and data, including user access controls, firewall configurations, and system patches.
👉Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
👉Manage disaster recovery procedures, and business continuity plans to mitigate potential risks.
