Position: Trade Settlement Team Lead (Fund Services Asset Servicing Working Experience)

Work Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid Work Set Up (Once a week work on site)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor Degree Holder
✨ Has at least 3-5 years of working experience in financial services/financial products.
✨ Has at least 2 years supervisory experience.
✨ Amenable to work on site once requested.
✨ Has experience working in BPO Company is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Communicate with the custodian, executing brokers, and prime broker to guarantee accurate deal settlement across a variety of markets and asset classes.
✨ Determine when an event is high touch and escalate it accordingly.
✨ Examine the daily cash and position reconciliations; look into any discrepancies and decide how to resolve them.
✨ Compile data from a variety of systems, including trading counterparty platforms, fund administrators, data warehouses, and Geneva accounting systems, and deliver reports as required from each source.
✨ Take part in initiatives and projects pertaining to liquid operations
✨ Interact with the BDIR, Tax, Treasury, and Accounting departments on as-needed duties and requests.
✨ Respond to ad hoc inquiries as needed.
