A know BPO Company providing an online gaming, customer support, internet security and web support solutions for almost 20 years
Position: Japanese Bilingual Team Lead
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 100,000 (Basic Salary + Highly Negotiable)
Account: Online Gaming
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) with 2 days off
Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
💐Filipino or Filipino-Japanese who is business level in Japanese and with English communication skills
💐Bachelor’s degree in any field
💐JLPT N1-N2 passer/level, Half-Filipino/Half-Japanese
💐Open for Japanese National
💐With 6 months - 5 years relevant work experience
💐Preferably Experience in customer service or BPO Industries
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
💐Analyze and demonstrate a clear understanding of business processes, services, products, and client profiles.
💐Monitor the quality of work on team and individual level, Strictly implemented key performance on various projects.
💐Act as a Subject Matter Expert or QA - Handle and analyze escalation/concerns and provide possible solutions
💐Analyze common customer issues
💐Perform other administrative task to be designed by Management
