Position: Dutch IT Helpdesk Specialist
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 75,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Open to any national who can speak, read, and write Dutch language
◉ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
◉ Knowledgeable in Computer application
◉ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
◉ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
◉ BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services.
◉ Address questions related to computer software or hardware operation
◉ Ensuring that various types of information are communicated to users through the appropriate channel
◉ Forward more complicated issues to the appropriate specialist
◉ Perform other task needed
