Position: Mandarin Transaction Processing Specialist

Responsibilities:
☑️ Manages and executes invoice or collection help desk processes;
☑️ Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, as required;
☑️ Provide status of work in process, assist in planning and coordinating the execution of work, and escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions;
☑️ Provide quality, cost-effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement;
☑️ May provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested.

Requirements:
☑️ Must be able to speak, and read the Mandarin language
☑️ At least 6 months - 1 year of corporate/desk job experience
☑️ Voice collections experience, ideally business-to-business, is an advantage
☑️ BPO experience is an advantage but not required;
☑️ Graduates of finance-related or business courses; Accounting graduates have an advantage
