Requirements:
• Korean National Fluent in English
• Can speak English fluently
• Must be Bachelor's Degree graduate
• With experience at least 6 months in Customer Service Support
• Amenable to work onsite in Training period
• Open to Fresh Graduates

Responsibilities:
•Assisting clients in the web-based registration process for the request of a contract or pricing •Responsible for conducting outbound calls in order to obtain the registration of suppliers
•Responsible for addressing and handling inquiries from clients via phone calls, emails, and messages
