Requirements:
✅Korean National proficient in English preferably permanent visa in the Philippines
✅Filipino National proficient in Korean Language
✅Vocational/short course diploma holder of any field.
✅With customer service background is required
✅Has knowledge in social media platforms

Responsibilities:
✅Answer inquiries from Koreans customers service request in social media platforms
✅Manage the social networking sites including facebook, twitter and other similar platforms
✅Handle customer concerns, questions and inquiries using these social media platforms
✅Attend the customer’s request in a timely manner.
