Position: Senior Workforce Manager
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Mandaluyong
Work Schedule: Dayshift / Midshift
Salary: Php 100,000 – Php 150,000
Work Set Up: Work on site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelors Degree holder or Undergraduates
✨ A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workforce Supervisory or Managerial role.
✨ Working experience in either RTA/Scheduling/Capacity Planning and Forecasting
✨ Willing to work on site
✨ Can start as soon as possible is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ In charge of spearheading corporate projects, providing metrics, and ensuring that the group performs at its best through ongoing stakeholder interaction with the aim of fulfilling contractual obligations and corporate objectives.
✨ Onboarding of new clients in the vertical of delivery assurance and location.
✨ Engages in the action and strategic planning process.
✨ Uses procedures and controls to oversee both internal and external audits.
✨ Accountable for the growth of the resources under his or her supervision
✨ Create projects, modules, programs, or other activities that advance the effectiveness and growth of the WFM Team.
✨ Act as a resource for process improvement, account/team/individual statistical analysis, and training on Call Center-WFM efficiencies.
