✨ At least 3 years of Training experience
✨ With experience in any Sales related role
✨ Willing to work on site
✨ Willing to work on a rotational shift
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Work together with pros, team leads, and product experts to comprehend their business goals and create specialized plans.
✨ Determine and close knowledge gaps in areas such as budget, targeting, measurement, and ad production.
✨ Keep abreast of the most recent developments in Facebook marketing and advertising, best practices, and algorithm modifications.
✨ Support Product Experts with knowledge management.
✨ Provide coaching opportunities to encourage the use of the best practices during calls.
✨ Develop leadership reporting.
