JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelors Degree holder or Undergraduate
✨ At least 1 year of CSR working experience
✨ With experience in Telco accounts
✨ Willing to work on site
✨ Willing to work on a rotational shift once requested
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Will aid in identifying abilities and growth prospects so that a program customized to certain target areas can be created to enhance performance may be created.
✨ Able to target transferable skills in one-on-one sessions.
✨ Develop and implement a sales campaign according to the requirements of the project.
✨ Collect, extract, and deliver reliable data to customer service management so they can use it in a ✨ Variety of planned and ad hoc reports.
✨ Additional task that was given.
