Position: Japanese Email and Chat Support
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Metro Manila
Salary offer: Negotiable
Working Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set-up: WFH (Training will be onsite)
Requirements:
• Open to Japanese National
• Open to JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4, N5 Passer
• With or without experience
• College Graduate or non-Bachelor Degree is welcome to apply
• Can speak, read and write Japanese and English.
• Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service through email and chat in English and Japanese.
• Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
• Collaborating with internal departments.
• Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
