Position: HR Consultant- Japanese Speaker
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Metro Manila
Salary offer: Negotiable
Working Schedule: Shifting or Dayshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid Work Arrangement
Requirements:
• Open to native Japanese
• Open to JLPT N1-N2 Passer or Level (Certification is not required)
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any course
• With extensive experience in Human Resource functions
• Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Establish strong consulting to provide support to Japanese clients.
• Understand the business problems and needs of the clients.
• Visit to clients' sites locally or in Japan.
• Collaborate with clients to identify the solution approach.
• Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed.
