Requirements:
❍ Preferably Bachelor Degree holder of any course
❍ Open for Filipino National Fluent in both German and English
❍ At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
❍ Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net and other Programming Languages
❍ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
❍ Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City

❍ Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
❍ Installing and configuring hardware and software
