Position: Mandarin Travel Specialist
Type of job: Calls and Emails
Location: Mandaluyong City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off
Industry: Travel Agency
Salary: Php 70,000-Php 80,000
Work Set-Up: Work Onsite
Responsibilities:
✅Handle calls from customers with flight rescheduled inquiries
✅Handle calls from Chinese customers regarding change of seat
✅Assist customers in booking hotels and tours
✅Answer phone calls and emails from Chinese passengers
✅Communicate with Chinese VIPs seated in Business class
✅Comply with all safety procedures and airline policies
Requirements:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English
✅Open to graduates and undergraduates
✅Can communicate well with passengers
✅Can handle pressure and can work efficiently
✅Related work experience is an advantage but not required
✅Can start as soon as possible
