Position: Spanish Customer Support Specialist

Location: Cebu City
Salary: PHP 35,000 - PHP 75,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting/Graveyard Schedule
Work Set-up: Working Onsite

Requirements:
🔵 Preferably Filipino that is fluent in Spanish
🔵 Foreign Nationals who has permanent visa in the Philippines
🔵 Proficient in both Spanish and English
🔵 Open for high school and college Level
🔵 Customer Service experience is an advantage
🔵 Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu and work on a Shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
🔵 Responsible in answering and resolving queries over the phone
🔵 Set proper expectations to customers
🔵 Following client processes and procedures processing information, orders, requests, or comments
🔵 Sells and/or services client products
🔵 Demonstrates excellent communication and computer skills.
🔵 Establishes and develops relationships with client personnel, client partners and co-workers.
