Position: French Customer Service Analyst
Industry: Jewelry Manufacturing Company
Location: Lapu-Lapu Cebu City
Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 70,000 gross
Schedule: Night Shift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Working Onsite

Requirements:
❍ Preferably Filipino that is fluent in French
❍ Foreign National who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
❍ Proficient in both French and English
❍ Bachelor's Degree Holder
❍ Customer Service experience is a plus
❍ Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines

Responsibilities:
❍ Manage phone calls demonstrate good customer service to French speaking client
❍ Assist in Tracking and distributing information of orders
❍ Answer and resolve consumer complaints
❍ Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
❍ Resolves payment complaints
