Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift ( Weekends off )
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Open to Japanese National can work in Cebu City
◉ Open to Filipino National with Japanese Level N1 - N2
◉ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is typically required
◉ For business majors: ideally, have courses or certifications in project management of software projects.
◉ Experience as a developer is an advantage
◉ Java Experience: Strong proficiency in Java programming language and extensive experience in system engineering, preferably 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Java system engineering and project management roles, preferably with a track record of successfully delivering Java-based projects.
◉ Should have experiences as an IT Operations Manager handling the overall operation of business like (Sales, HR, Finance & Accounting etc).
◉ Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing complex software projects from initiation to completion. Ability to define project scope, establish timelines, allocate resources, and manage risks effectively. Experience in Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
◉ Willing to work in Cebu

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing the e-commerce system 'Samurai Cart' and the marketing automation system 'MOTENASU' with CRM integration based in Cebu as well as quality control and suggesting enhancements to UI/UX.
◉ We encourage individuals who are ready to progress from PG/SE to PL/PM roles, overseeing significant projects. We will consider technical background and career aspirations during the evaluation process.
◉ You will be responsible for overseeing the development of a new system. Currently, we are in the process of integrating a new Java system with an existing PHP system. We are seeking a new team member to contribute to this project.
◉ We highly welcome those who have experience in AI Development
