Requirements:
📣 Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Filipino
📣 Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course
📣 Proven experience as key account manager
📣 Related experience in providing solutions based on customer needs
📣 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
📣 Excellent organisational skills
📣 Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Responsibilities:
📣 Oversee and manage daily reports and operations
📣 Lead and manage team meetings to align company objectives to understanding key customer needs and requirements
📣 Expand the relationships with acquired and existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
📣 Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
📣 Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
📣 Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
