Position: Japanese IT Project Manager
Industry: IT Software Company
Location: Manila(Makati City)/ Cebu City
Salary: Php 130,000
Schedule: Day Shift
Work set-up: Hybrid set up (3 days)

Requirements:
🌻 Graduate of IT-related courses
🌻 Must have JLPT N2-N3 Certification
🌻 Comfortable with Nihongo translations over call and in person
🌻 Has Project Management experience on Critical project
🌻 Has experience working with Japanese counterpart/customer
🌻 Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
🌻 Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
🌻 Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities:
🌻 Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
🌻 Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
🌻 Identify and manage project risks and issues.
🌻 Establish project budgets and allocate resources.
🌻 Knowledgeable with Scrum Agile and Waterfall Methodology
🌻 Identify and engage project stakeholders.
🌻 Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
🌻 Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns
