Position: Mandarin Affiliate Marketing Manager (Salary is up to Php 200,000 + Php 40,000 Housing Allowance)

Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: P 200,000 + 40,000 Housing Allowance
Work Set Up: Work Onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
⭐ Proficient in Mandarin and English
⭐ Must be a Malaysian national.
⭐ Open to conversational English
⭐ Open to undergrads and graduates of any course/major
⭐Experience as an affiliate manager in the same industry is a must.
⭐Knowledge and experience using different digital tools and social media platforms.
⭐Good communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
⭐Responsible for identifying potential affiliates who align with the company’s brand values and target audience;
⭐Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates to ensure continued success and growth.
⭐Establish deep partnerships and cross-functional processes with key internal stakeholders including Customer Service, Finance, Product, Content, and Technology to ensure seamless execution of service.
⭐Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
⭐Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts.
⭐Anticipate future business changes and challenges and proactively develop and implement new or revised plans to help evolve our strategy
