Salary: Php 80,000-120,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
🧿 Open to Japanese National (Located Philippines and Abroad)
🧿 JLPT N1-N2 Passer or Level
🧿 Open to graduate, undergraduate, highschool graduate
🧿 Experience in customer service or in any Financial or Online gaming industry
🧿 English or Tagalog communication skill
Responsibilities:
🧿 Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
🧿 General customer support
🧿 Inform customers about new features and functionalities
🧿 B2B support for payment operations
🧿 Other Duties as Assigned
