Position: Mandarin Accounts Payable
Salary: Php 85,000 - Php 95,000
Industry: Shared Services/Manufacturing Company
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Work onsite

Requirements of the Job:
☑️ Can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English.
☑️ Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Ad, Operations Management any related business course.
☑️ Experienced in handling Accounts Payable or any accounting functions (general ledger, accounts receivable) for at least 4 years and above
☑️ Good exposure to enterprise systems, preferably SAP
☑️ Good knowledge of Accounts Payable Processes and Controls.

Responsibilities of Job Application:
☑️ Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data in SAP and SAP Business Workplace for multiple entities and vendors
☑️ Identifies and implements continuous improvements in Invoice Processing and Resolution to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
☑️ Contribute to the constant update and documentation of the Invoice Processing and Resolution Playbook
☑️ Serve as the subject matter expert for Greater China and North Asia (Japan and Korea) for AP-related concerns.
☑️ Compliance with the prescribed SOAR control framework and financial policies to ensure proper recognition and recording of liabilities in the system
