Position: Japanese Solution Architect/Planning
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Metro Manila
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,00 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Shifting or Dayshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid Work Arrangement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan or other locations
✔️ Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
✔️ Can speak Japanese (JLPT is not a requirement)
✔️ Must be able to speak basic English
✔️ Open for College Graduates, Undergrad, Vocational, or High School Graduate
✔️ With experience in Solution Architecture and Planning, Costing & Pricing
✔️ Strong understanding of technology, function, or platform related to Solution Planning Costing & Pricing.
✔️ Good understanding of business case development and value proposition
✔️ Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
✔️ Willingness to work in any location within Metro Manila (Taguig, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Quezon City)
✔️ The salary is still open for Negotiation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of Solution Planning Costing & Pricing
✔️ Analyzing and understanding business requirements
✔️ Identifying potential technology solutions
✔️ Designing and planning the implementation of the chosen solution
✔️ Ensuring that the solution meets performance, scalability, and security requirements
✔️ Defining and documenting the overall solution architecture
✔️ Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms for the solution
✔️ Collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation
✔️ Participating in the continuous improvement of the solution and its components
