Position: Disbursement Specialist
Company Industry: Biochemical Company
Work Location: Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Salary: Php 25,000 -Php 30,000
Work Set Up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Graduate of Bachelor Degree Accountancy, Banking and Finance or any related course.
✨Has 2 years’ experience in Disbursement Specialist.
✨Experience in Accounting Software is an advantage
✨Amendable to work on site.
✨Can start as soon as possible is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Records transactions by defined Chart of Accounts to ensure financial records are accurately reported.
✨Ensures that appropriate taxes are applied, that is withholding or final tax for every disbursement transaction
✨Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
✨Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports.
✨Responsible for determining the amount and collecting contract debts whenever overpayments or erroneous payments have been made.
