Position: Mandarin CS Finance Supervisor
Type of job: Back office Job
Location: Taguig City
Industry: Technology Company
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 (Negotiable)

Requirements:
✅ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related course
✅ Must have at least 3 years of experience in the related field
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English
✅ Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
✅ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting and financial software.

Duties:
✅ Assist in WCSM system concerns and then feedback bugs in China.
✅ Review reimbursements to be submitted to Accounting.
✅ Compile and update PPTs and minutes of the meeting
✅ Manage department revolving funds
✅ Review payments and reimbursements
✅ Oversee cashless payments
✅ Review the income of service centers
✅ Compile monthly overall expenses
✅ Prepare monthly department budget allocation
✅ Prepare financial statements of the department (Yearly)
✅ Ad hoc tasks as instructed by superior
