Requirements:
✅Filipino proficient in Korean language
✅Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
✅Preferably Bachelor Degree of Finance, Accounting or any business-related courses
✅Knowledgeable in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:
✅Responsible in gathering data and information need
✅Analyzing and interpret the collected data
✅Provide recommendation based on status report
✅Experience in the same industry is a plus but not required
✅Data analysis, statistical evaluation of the findings, and continued monitoring.
✅Develop and execute databases, methods for collecting data, data analytics, and other plans for enhancing statistical performance and accuracy.
✅Report the problem with explanations, an explanation, and a response or guidance. In accordance with KPI trend analysis, analyze existing Customer Service operations to determine areas that require improvements.
