JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: One of the luxurious hotels here in the Philippines accommodating local and foreign clients/customers.

Position: Mandarin Personal Assistant
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Schedule: Dayshift (9 AM- 6PM)
Set-up: Work on-site | 2 days off

Requirements:
✅ Experience: Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with office management systems and procedures is beneficial.
✅ Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
✅ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in professional correspondence and confident in dealing with diverse individuals.
✅ Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
✅ Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficient in using office software and comfortable with technology and online communication tools.
✅ Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to handle unexpected changes, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
✅ Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
✅ Sports-oriented, can play golf is a plus.
✅ Being able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
✅ Administrative Support: schedule appointments, arrange travel accommodations, including flights, accommodation, and transportation. Prepare and edit correspondence or any other documents as required.
✅ Communication and Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate and coordinate with team members, clients, partners, and other individuals as required. Maintain professional and positive relationships with all contacts.
Information Management: Maintain and update records and filing systems. Conduct research and gather information on various topics as required. Prepare and analyze data to provide accurate and timely information to the CEO. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
✅ Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle personal tasks and errands as assigned, such as managing personal appointments, arranging personal travel or travel together with the CEO, including solo traveling for work, coordinating family events, etc. Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as needed.
