Position: Japanese Executive Assistant
Industry: Japanese Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 90,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday (9am - 6pm)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
✅ Filipino fluent in both Japanese and English
✅ JLPT N1-N2 Passers/Level
✅ Bachelor’s degree graduate in any course
✅ Experience in Japanese company or BPO company is an advantage but not required
✅ Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
✅ Amenable to work in Makati
Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
✅ Handle Philippine inbound business, including but not limited to Customer support
✅ Prepare necessary documents related to the project including but not limited to summary reports
✅Assist the Project Manager and Schedule management
✅ Team's KPI management
✅ Coordination and support for new projects and new clients
