REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨ Proficient in Mandarin and English.
✨ Bachelor's Degree in HR or any related major.
✨ 1-3 years of working experience in human resources are preferred.
✨ FRESH GRADS are also welcome.
✨ Understanding the local HR policies of the Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨ Support hiring procedures, such as finding applicants, carrying out preliminary screenings, setting up interviews, etc.
✨ Participate in performance management procedures, such as gathering data and organizing performance reviews, among other things.
✨ Manage the processes for employee onboarding, offboarding, and attendance in addition to helping with staff management.
✨ Help with employee services, such as answering staff members' questions about HR regulations, benefits, pay, and other topics.
✨ Help with the creation of policies and make sure that the company's rules and procedures are followed.
✨ Additional duties that leaders assign.
